Steam penetrates the Green Tea Roaster’s perforated shaft from both ends, making it ideal for processing green tea. The roaster revolves at a 24 RPM speed. Shaft ends and the rotating Union are linked.
Capacity
In our standard roaster, 200 kg of green leaf can be charged simultaneously. There are further roasters with capacities of 100 kg and 300 kg each batch.
Use
For the production of green tea, it is a crucial component.
Operation
The Roaster’s doors are closed and turned to rotating after being filled with 200 kg of freshly picked green leaves from the garden. As a result, the steam lines are opened. During the subsequent 6 to 7 minutes of steaming, the leaves are boiled. The time for roasting will increase by one to one and a half minutes if the leaves are not delicate, or if they are picked after 7 days.
