Conveyors
Overview
We work with bucket elevators and belt conveyors.
Belt Conveyors
The most often utilised type of conveyor is probably a belt conveyor. Both the production and packaging of food products use them in the food sector. A belt’s continuous, flat surface is perfect for handling food. Belts for use with food items need to be made of sturdy, long-lasting materials like nylon, rubber, polyester, or other materials that can be cleaned and are suitable for use with food products. They can be used to lift, lower, or move material horizontally for transporting, chilling, storage, or inspection.
A belt conveyor consists of two or more pulleys that revolve around a continuous loop of material. They are the most cost-effective powered conveyors and are frequently used for applications requiring incline/decline, high speeds, or long distance product conveyance. For the food and tea sectors, we provide various varieties of industrial conveyor belts. Conveyors for moving light, medium, and heavy loads are available, as well as models with various conveying pathways, including incline, curve, and others. We provide several different types of belt conveyors in a range of sizes and materials.
Bucket Elevators
One of the most effective methods for vertically elevating large goods is the bucket elevator/conveyor. A bucket elevator consists of a number of buckets that are connected to a belt or chain at the top and bottom of the structure via pulleys or sprockets. The enclosure contains the buckets or housing to hold the substance. Each bucket is filled with bulk materials when it passes an entrance point. Based on the needs of the process and the properties of the bulk material, ESAL designs and manufactures a wide range of bucket elevators.
We provide bucket elevators with frames made of galvanised or powder-coated steel that resist rust. The bucket elevator is typically used to transport bulk items like grain, fertiliser, cereals, material granules, etc. Our bucket elevators are available in both traditional and contemporary forms, and they can be equipped with either steel buckets and belts or plastic buckets and rubber belts.
Bucket lift benefits:
- Made to handle a range of bulk materials, from normal to extremely free-flowing
- Fully enclosed for dust and weather-tight operation
- Available in a variety of bucket and casing sizes.
- Bulk materials can be flood-loaded or controlled-fed into the inlet area.
