Important characteristics

• Extremely powerful – These magnets efficiently remove iron particles, bolts, nuts, and nails from tea while increasing the value of tea.

• Permanent magnets (Strontium Ferrite, gauss strengths between 1800 and 2000) – Magnets that have been magnetised retain their strength even after being used.

The magnetic separators are protected from rust by stainless steel covers, and the magnet bars and cylindrical magnets are produced in a variety of standard sizes. As needed, specific size magnets can also be produced.

Usefulness

The magnetic separators can be applied to packing machines, CTC machines, fibre extractors, sorting machines, and conveyors.’
