Design

“Esal” Rotorvane is especially designed & made out of high quality stainless steel. The barrel comes in both fixed and split type design. All the veins, resistors, feed worm and iris end plate or cone assembly are of best quality Stainless Steel. Rotorvane Machine is used as a preconditioner for withered leaf prior to processing in the main CTC Tea machine for black CTC tea manufacture.

Salient Features

• The machine is mounted on a heavy duty steel fabricated base.
• The machine’s rotor shaft is directly coupled with the gear box.
• The machine is fitted with heavy Taper Roller Bearings.
• The bolts provided to hold the resistors are made of Stainless Steel / H.T.
• For smooth removal of the barrel the machine is provided with rack and pinion arrangement
• Both Iris and Cone type arrangement is available.
